Modern Prairie Showcase
Created in collaboration with Klein Custom Homes, this new construction residence was designed as a Fargo Parade of Homes showcase, highlighting thoughtful craftsmanship and timeless interior design. While the home's floor plan had already been established, the interior was elevated through carefully curated finishes and custom cabinetry that bring warmth, character, and functionality to each space.
The kitchen and bar served as the focal points of the home, featuring custom cabinetry designed to maximize both beauty and everyday usability. Layered lighting, interior paint selections, flooring, interior door stain, and coordinated finishes throughout the home created a cohesive, welcoming aesthetic, while select exterior finish selections complemented the home's overall architectural style.
The result is a refined, inviting home that demonstrates how intentional design details and thoughtful material selections can transform a well-planned home into a truly memorable living space.
